How long do orders take?
Current turnaround time is approximately 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Custom or high-volume orders may require additional processing time.

Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! I love creating custom cups and unique designs. Please contact me with your ideas, and I’ll do my best to bring your vision to life.

Are all cups handmade?
Yes! Every item is carefully handmade with attention to detail and a whole lot of love.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless there is an issue with your order.

What if my item arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim, as all packages are shipped with insurance. You can also email us at sbcraftingco@yahoo.com with photos of the damage and your order information within 48 hours.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes! We currently ship within the United States.
